What payment methods do you offer?
Our payment methods are Gcash and BPI online bank transfer or bank deposit. We do COD for Same Day Delivery and for J&T Deliveries only. PayPal/Credit Card payments will require an additional 6% service fee.
How do I pay via PayPal?

We will send your Paypal invoice after request has been confirmed and processed.
Please note: Do not pay for the order unless an invoice has been sent. Payments sent without an invoice will not be acknowledged.
What is the next step after payment?
Please send us your NAME, ORDER NUMBER and PROOF OF PAYMENT.

Once payment and orders have been confirmed at our end, we will be sending you and email regarding your PAYMENT STATUS & FULFILLMENT STATUS.
Please note: Fulfillment status will be updated once products are being processed. Once products are on-hand and ready to ship this status will be updated. We will be sending you emails regarding this change when we update it.
Fulfillment Status Meaning:
Awaiting Processing: Means we have received your order.
Processing: We now have items on hand and we are currently packing them.
Shipped (for J&T checkout/FedEx shipments): We now have handed your items to your respective couriers.
Out For Delivery (Lalamove/Grab Express shipments): Your items are now on it’s way to you.
How long does it take for an order to be shipped?
It will depend on when then items arrive and how long the pre-order period is. Also, most of these films are MADE TO ORDER so we follow supplier timelines for these made to order films.
On Hand items:
For Same day delivery: It will arrive within the day, We strictly follow a BOOK YOUR OWN RIDER POLICY.
Metro Manila area: 3-4 days
Outside Metro Manila: 3-5 daysVis/Min: 14-16 days
Please note: We only ship items on Weekends, as we have prior commitments with our day jobs
Do you process refunds?
We no longer process refunds, once order has been made it is now of absolute sale.
It is with a heavy heart that we decided upon this. As we see that we are slowly loosing money, and time when we refund people for their items. It is due to the fact that items are PRE-ORDERED and are PAID AS WE ORDER. With that being said once we issue refunds the money that is allocated for other pre-orders will be affected. It will also affect the pre-order slot you availed which will now be incomplete and we will take time to find another buyer for it. This is what happens usually that's why there are delays and other mishaps. Which is why we have decided to NO LONGER ISSUE REFUNDS.
